General terms and conditions for ordering from the Balmainhair.ee online store

Right of return
1) All 14-day product return and warranty procedures established by the law of the Republic of Estonia apply to the Balmainhair.ee online store.
2) To return the goods, you must immediately send an e-mail to support@balmainhair.ee. The right of return is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
3) The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
4) The return of the goods is at the customer’s expense, unless the goods do not correspond to the order or are defective.
5) Beauty Brands OÜ will refund the money for the returned product immediately, but no later than within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Validity of the Terms of Sale
1) The Terms of Sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the customers of the Balmainhair.ee online store (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and Beauty Brands OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Balmainhair.ee).
2) In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the Balmainhair.ee online store are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
3) Balmainhair.ee reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale and sales prices. These changes will be reflected on the Balmainhair.ee website.

Prices
1) All prices in the Balmainhair.ee online store are in euros, include 20% VAT and do not include shipping costs.
2) If the order is less than 100 euros, shipping costs will be added according to the shipping method chosen by the customer.

Order
1) The customer’s shopping cart is created from the moment they click on the “Add to Cart” link, after which it is possible to continue browsing products or start ordering.
2) The order is canceled if the customer has not paid 100% of the order amount within 72 hours from the moment of placing the order. In this case, the order must be placed again.
3) The order must be paid for immediately via a bank link, once the person has added their details and confirmed the order.
4) The order can be paid for in Estonia via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Pocopay and Liisi ID bank links; in Latvia via SEB, Citadele and Luminor bank links; in Lithuania via Swedbank, SEB and Luminor bank links. The bank link service partner is Maksekeskus AS.
5) If the customer wishes to withdraw from the order, the withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing to the e-mail: support@balmainhair.ee, where the order number must also be indicated.

Entry into force of the sales contract
1) The sales contract enters into force from the moment the money has reached the bank account of Beauty Brands OÜ.
2) Beauty Brands OÜ is the controller of the customer’s personal data, Beauty Brands OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Delivery
1) After the sales contract comes into force (the Customer pays the invoice), Balmainhair.ee completes the order and hands it over to our logistics partners (Itella SmartPOST) for delivery.
2) Orders arrive at the location selected when placing the order within Estonia, as a rule, within 1-2 working days, within Latvia and Lithuania, as a rule, within 3-5 working days.
3) For prompt delivery, please be careful when entering delivery details when placing the order.
4) Shipments damaged during transport, where the products, but not the product packaging, have been damaged, will be replaced by the Customer. If replacement is impossible, we offer compensation for the cost of the damaged goods.
5) Balmainhair.ee is not liable for any delay in delivery of the goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time for the delivery date promised to the Customer, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that Balmainhair.ee could not influence or foresee.

Force Majeure
1) Balmainhair.ee is not liable for any damage caused to you or any delay in delivery of the goods if the damage or delay in delivery of the goods is due to circumstances that Balmainhair.ee.ee could not influence or foresee.

Claim submission procedure
According to the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has the right to submit claims for non-conformity of the contract terms that has appeared on the product within 2 years from the date of receipt of the goods, in the case of a defect that has appeared within the first six months, it is assumed that it existed at the time of purchase and the nature of the defect must be determined by the seller.
1) If a defect in the product appears, the Customer undertakes to notify Balmainhair.ee of the problems by e-mail at support@balmainhair.com and provide the following information: name, contact details and product defect. The corresponding application must be sent no later than 1 month after the defect was discovered.
2) Balmainhair.ee is not responsible for:
For damage to the product caused by the Customer’s fault or negligence.
For defects that have arisen as a result of improper use of the product
For natural physical wear and tear of the product during normal use.
3) All claims will be reviewed immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

Personal data confidentiality
The data and information provided during registration are confidential and are not subject to disclosure to third parties.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a prerequisite for purchasing from the Balmainhair.ee online store. Our team does its best, because the greatest joy is a satisfied and happy customer.
