Hair extensions that have not been maintained with Balmain Hair Professional hair care products are not covered by the warranty.
We will not accept returns for hair extensions that are clearly visible as having been worn, tried on, or taken out of the packaging, in accordance with the instructions of the Health Board.

In case of return, the returner must provide a proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.
