Goods purchased from the Balmainhair.ee online store are subject to the warranty and return procedures prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Purchased goods have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act.

Returning the product to Balmain Hair Estonia / Tallinn office:

• The customer must notify their wish to return the product within 14 days after receiving the product by e-mail to support@balmainhair.ee
• The returned product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• The customer bears the cost of returning the product (max. 10€, Section 194, Section 4 of the Estonian Code of Civil Procedure), unless the reason for the return is non-compliance with the order or defective goods.
• Beauty Brands OÜ will refund the customer within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.
• Cosmetic products with opened packaging are not eligible for return. Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be verified are also not eligible for return.
• In case of possible claims, please send an e-mail to support@balmainhair.ee. In the sent letter, please describe as precisely as possible what the claim is and do not forget to include your contact details. The person submitting the claim will be contacted within 3 working days.
• The customer can contact the Consumer Complaints Committee of the Consumer Protection Board, which has the competence to resolve disputes arising from the contract if the value of the disputed goods is over 20€ (review of the complaint by the committee is free of charge for the customer).
