Goods purchased from the Balmainhair.ee online store are subject to the warranty and return procedures prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Purchased goods have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act.

Returning the product to Balmain Hair Estonia / Tallinn office:

• The customer must notify their intention to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order by email at support@balmainhair.ee
• The return request must include the order number and the customer’s contact details.
• Returns are accepted only within 14 days of purchase, provided that the returned goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• To ensure the safety and quality of our products, please note the following return conditions: hygiene products such as shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, brushes, combs, hair accessories, and hair extensions are not eligible for return if:
  – the packaging has been opened
  – the product has been used
  – the product has been damaged
• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer (up to €10, pursuant to the Law of Obligations Act §194 (4)), except in cases where the return is due to non-conformity with the order or defective goods.
• Women Beauty OÜ will refund the customer within 10 calendar days from the date the returned goods are received.
• Cosmetic products with opened packaging are not eligible for return. Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be verified are also non-returnable.
• In the event of a complaint, please send an email to support@balmainhair.ee, describing the issue as precisely as possible and including your contact details. The complainant will be contacted within 3 working days.
• The customer may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection Authority, which is competent to resolve contractual disputes if the value of the disputed goods exceeds €20 (the procedure is free of charge for the customer).
