Balmain Hair Memory® Hair Ponytail

Balmain Memory® Hair is a high-quality synthetic hair extension that is coated with a special silky layer to ensure beautiful shine and longer durability.

For the best and longest-lasting results, we recommend wearing the ponytail as it was purchased – as a straight tail. This way, the silk layer will last longer and the hair will remain smooth, shiny and elegant for a longer period of time.

Important: This is not natural hair. Therefore, you should not expect the same result as with natural hair, especially when curling. The final result may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Instructions for curling

Memory® Hair is heat-treatable up to 160°C.

• Use a temperature not exceeding 160°C
• Twist a small section onto a curling iron
• Secure the curl with a clip and let it cool completely
• Remove the clip only after it has cooled

NB! Because it is synthetic hair, the curl may not last or remain the same as with natural hair.

• When caring for hair extensions, it is mandatory to use: Aftercare Shampoo, Aftercare Mask, Aftercare Balsam, Aftercare Detangling Spray products

These are not considered claims for damages:

• Hair extensions that have not been maintained with Balmain Hair Professional hair care products are not covered by the warranty.
• We will not accept returns for hair extensions that are clearly visible as having been worn, tried on, or taken out of the packaging, in accordance with the instructions of the Health Board.

In case of return, the returner must provide a proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.
