Balmain Hair Professional offers a 6 months quality warranty on all Human hair extensions* if the Professional Aftercare Range is used to take care of the hair. To make use of the 6 months quality guarantee, it is necessary to keep the invoice of the hair product extension and the proof of purchase of the Balmain Professional Aftercare products.  Please note that the warranty does not apply if the extensions are coloured.

Balmain Hair Professional provides warranty on the application of the hair extensions if the extensions are applied by a professional hairstylist who is trained by Balmain Hair Professional in the specific application technique of the extensions applied. If the extensions are not applied by a professional or not applied by a trained professional, the warranty on the application does not apply.

Electrical tools
Balmain Hair Professional tools are produced to the highest quality standards and will provide you with reliable service when used according to the instructions. However, in the unlikely event of defects caused by faulty material or craftmanship, Balmain Hair Professional offers a one year product warranty from date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase as it will be required in the event of a default. This warranty does not apply to styling tools showing abuse, damage or to parts which, in our judgement are not defective. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear including, but not limited to scratches, chips, abrasions, discoloring or fading or other minor defects that have a negligible effect on the value or operation of the electrical tools.

All extensions of Memory Hair are allowed to use a mild shampoo with PH close to our skin’s PH (4.5-5.5).
Memory®Hair and Fiber hair extensions cannot be coloured, since they are made of synthetic hair.
Memory®Hair is not allowed to expose to heat curl or straighten more than 160°C/320°F.

All Human Hair extensions of Balmain Hair Professional can be coloured using 3% hydrogen peroxide. If you like to colour human hair extensions, it is recommended to use level colours instead of multitonal shades. Always perform a colourtest on a small area first. Balmain Hair Extensions can never be lightened (bleached) and if the extensions are coloured it is advised to only make the extensions a few shades darker. Please note that, once your product has been coloured the product cannot be returned and the unique 6 months quality warranty does not apply.

All Human Hair extensions can be curl or straighten max 200°C/320°F.

The seperate strand of hair is used to wrap around the ponytail in order to ensure a seamless blend with the natural hair.

How to use:
1. Brush and style the own hair into a ponytail and secure with an elastic band.
2. Apply the clip of the Catwalk Ponytail just above the own ponytail and tightly wrap the Velcro base around the own ponytail.
3. To finish this look, wrap the extra hair lock around the top of the ponytail to cover the clip and the elastic band.
4. Gently brush through the Ponytail with the Extension Brush to remove any tangles.
