Use and care of hair extensions

To keep your hair extensions in good condition and avoid damage, follow these simple recommendations:

✅ Care recommendations:

• When caring for hair extensions, it is mandatory to use: Aftercare Shampoo, Aftercare Mask, Aftercare Balsam, Aftercare Detangling Spray products

These are not considered claims for damages:

• Hair extensions that have not been maintained with Balmain Hair Professional hair care products are not covered by the warranty.
• We will not accept returns for hair extensions that are clearly visible as having been worn, tried on, or taken out of the packaging, in accordance with the instructions of the Health Board.

In case of return, the returner must provide a proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.
