The Pince a Cheveux Extra-Small is a small, handcrafted hair clip made from durable cellulose acetate and featuring Balmain’s signature 14K gold-plated “B” logo. The extremely strong yet flexible material is hypoallergenic and gentle on the hair and scalp.
